H & D Restaurant Supply, Inc. needs a Digital and eCommerce Market Operation Manager in Norcross, Georgia to: develop and manage digital/eCommerce operations and support business to business (B2B) eCommerce website and various business to consumer (B2C) websites; develop and execute a logistics strategy, International Warehouse management and operating plans to enhance customer engagement capacity and capabilities to deliver industry leading collaborative solutions; ensure comprehensive documentation of complex system and process flows; set up new customers/relationships and ensure that the order flow is working efficiently and without manual intervention across internal systems, partners, and customers; manage customer operational onboarding into internal systems and partners in collaboration with marketing, sales, technology, finance, and customers; support robust change and configuration management practices websites & warehouse management solution ; ensure the availability, reliability and security of E-Commerce sites; ensure the development and maintenance of technical and operational process documentation.
BS degree in Computer Science, eCommerce or closely related fields with at least 60 months of experience and skill in MySQL and Oracle database development; Hands-on development experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento for B2C e-commerce website; Familiar with the basic principles of cryptography, and skilled in utilizing and optimizing cybersecurity tools to enhance data security for websites and ERP systems, safeguarding customer registration information; Experienced in driving traffic to B2B and B2C websites through social media platforms.
